The “Partnership facility” is used for single opportunities or direct actions that do not fit in the other funding windows but are so important / relevant / interesting that they deserve funding. Activities should link to the 5 CSF principles, be current, add value to the CSF ToC (spin-off effects) and deliver clear Value for Money.
